Parks & Playgrounds

Transcona – the Park City of Winnipeg.

Much Done. More to Do

Over the past dozen years or so much has been done to renew the 60 plus parks and playgrounds that are spread across the Transcona Ward.  In that time a total of 33 parks and playgrounds have either been renewed or created and built.

However, there is still more to do. We are working on a game plan to get the remaining various parks and playgrounds renewed in the coming years.

We welcome and encourage your input and any ideas you may have when it comes to our communities Parks and Playgrounds.
